We would like to invite you to be a part of our 2009 Spring Convention, to be held on April 24-25, 2009 at the Minneapolis Airport Marriott, directly behind IKEA and across from the Mall of America (MOA). This premier two-day educational event attracts more than 350 professionals in the fields of speech-language pathology and audiology from across Minnesota and the Upper Midwest. You should be there!
For 2009, we have increased benefits to both sponsors and exhibitors.
Sponsors at the silver, gold, and platinum levels will have their logos prominently displayed on the MSHA Web site for six months following the convention.
All sponsors levels include the opportunity for session podium presence and logo recognition (attendee packet and room signs) as the designated sponsor of a program session.
Each sponsor and exhibitor will receive a printed list of convention attendees with professional addresses.
As in 2008, we’ll provide a dedicated vendor packet, which will be filled with a promotional item of your choice and given to each convention attendee.
Finally, we invite our exhibitors to submit an application to present a 45-minute professional continuing education session (learning objectives required) in our Vendor Academy.
Sponsor names and logos will appear throughout our aggressive marketing campaign of e-mail and surface correspondence, reaching more than 2,000 speech-language pathologists and audiologists throughout Minnesota and surrounding states. At the convention, other sponsor benefits include visibility on signs and convention materials, in the vendor packet, and during podium announcements.
Exhibit tables are available for display on both days of the convention, with no additional cost for the second day. Our agenda includes a total of 2½ hours (1½ on Friday and one on Saturday) expressly devoted for attendees to spend more quality time with exhibitors.
To take advantage of sponsor and/or exhibitor opportunities, please complete the appropriate sections of the vendor packet and return them to the MSHA office by the deadlines noted. We encourage you to respond right away—sponsorships and exhibit tables are awarded on a first-come, first-served, and space-available basis.
