Advance registration deadline is October 12, 2008. This meeting is fragrance free.

Price includes up to 6 hours of continuing education, continental breakfast, lunch, refreshments, and parking.

Join MSHA! You may join MSHA and pay the conference member rate by enclosing separate payment for annual dues and a completed membership form.

Pre-registration has closed. Please contact the MSHA office for walk-in registration availability.

Cancellations

Cancellation of pre-registration must be submitted in writing no later than October 13, 2008. Refunds, with the exception of an administrative fee of 20% of the registration fee, are possible through October 13, 2008. NO REFUND is possible after that date. Refunds will be issued following the conference.
